- Assembly of small parts accurately and efficiently according to work instructions.
- Use hand-held and power tools to assist with assembly
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency in the production process.
- Collaborate with team members and perform daily tasks assigned by supervisors/managers.
- Pull raw materials for assembly of products.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
- Meet production quotas and deadlines while maintaining a high level of workmanship and attention to detail.
- Physically fit to stand for hours at a time, and must have good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- One year of experience in a manufacturing environment, working in production assembly
- Maintain consistent and acceptable attendance
- Able to work overtime as required
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and operate individually or as part of a team
